Thank you for taking the time to talk about your experience and congratulations on finding another opportunity! I am a little concerned with the disconnect between your experience with us and our company's goals, focus, and what we explain to all our team members.
I am extremely proud of the clients that I am able to represent and the revenue that we provide for them. As an outsourced company that is in partnership with a Fortune 15 client, and the Fortune 1 client, I would say that is a worthwhile business opportunity. Yes, we do thoroughly train in sales, this is a necessary and fundamental aspect of the business world. Yet, this is only one aspect of the training and development we provide on a pathway to a management position.
Although your time with us was short, I would expect that there were opportunities for you to grow professionally, if only at the beginning stages of our management training program.
Lastly, Viogee, Inc. just recently celebrated our first year anniversary! We do have team members that have great experience with representing other companies in an outsourced capacity, but again there is a bit of a disconnect with your statement of having "long term employees" of 3+ years.
The "account executive" position is where we start everyone to learn the basics and is brief- the duration of this first step is short if an individual has any potential for management representing one of our clients. It is also our overall belief here that having long-term professional relationships, built upon strong business foundations, is our exact goal.
