> offers $5 for every client project/fulltime va graphic design > needs diverse level of design skills because their clients are not just amazon product listing/ebc/ storefront design projects > friendly and nice hiring managers and team leads > offers P500 bonus if you become VA of the month > have team employee engagements (but chaotic and noisy)
Cons
> doesn't know how to uplift the morale of graphic designers > prioritizes quantity over quality for designers, meaning they want to get things done fast > experienced not so nice clients > too much *Forms* to fillup, especially attendance (need to consolidate information in 1 form) > clients are not actively offering design projects > rude attendance and pay admin officers
