Payment structure is not transparent. Although an agreed amount is stated, the payslip reflects a lower basic salary supplemented by random allowances. This allows for potential deductions from the total pay while keeping the basic salary unchanged
There is an expectation to respond and work beyond standard working hours without additional compensation, leading to an imbalance between work and personal life.
