Everything is driven from a Indian top management. The manager sitting under them are lame ducks, and they are just rotating their heads like a doll. Wanted to mention about an excellent top management ,who is fit for nothing. Even a newly joined fresher will do a better job. Even top management doesn't know how to talk in the general meetings or town halls , I have seen people were laughing and bashing about idiotic speech. Top management is just surviving by taking the credits from the people rather than creating the better work place/people/ products. Managers : Managers think that they are Gods and they only created this world, and they want to control everything.Despite that they don't much things about the product. Most of the time you will be ended up in working to satisfy your manager...not about doing the right things or really working for the product...!. They will be arrogant if they don't like you ..! I have seen many people run out of the company within 2 to 3 months after joining..because of these people attitude. Blaming culture : If there's something failed/wrong you will be blamed immediately even without checking what is the reason behind it. It has become a habit for the entire team and everybody started blaming others when ever there's a issue . Management should be an example to the employees!. Leadership : Worst leadership I have ever seen..selfish ,rude. Leadership is not giving the right direction to the people instead waiting for the opportunity to gain credits from the people . They will showcase the successful products like they did everything . If something fails they put a blame to the team and people... What a wonderful leadership....!. They always give work around solutions and most of the time they don't agree the right solution from the people.And Management never looks back what these leadership doing ,and they will only blame the people in the team. One more worst thing , you will not be allowed to speak or mail directly to your onshore folks for any clarification , instead you need to send a mail to your Lead / Manager and you need to wait till this long communication to end for getting your answers. Most of the time it went either in vain..or mess , because of they misunderstood what's been asked for !. Note , Finally... You will be blamed for this. What a wonderful thing. . I don't see anything wrong here for directly reaching out onshore folks . These Leads / Managers trying to show off using this. I have seen the companies encouraging for getting clarifications yourself , never seen company preventing such things. And It will be considered as one of the biggest mistake you did in the company.. ha ha. wonderful . Work : The work is about just spinning the wheels in the game. And most of things are already done in the upper layer. You will be ended up in cutting bits and pieces and merging them. Not really a technically challenging work. You wont have much scope while showing up this kind of work when you want to move to next level. After Scientific Games acquisition this is even worse and most of wms products are going out of scope and Bally's technologies are insisted. There are merely very less scope for innovation and challenging work. Being in this kind of environment , you will will be in a mess. Dont put yourself in miserable environment. Think wisely !
