Management, their decisions and leadership abilities

Inclusive, dynamic but considerate work environment. Supportive and fair. Great team spirit. Holidays and working hours /flexibility have both been improved and the team are pretty happy with these changes. They have already considered and set out the "ideal" for coming back into the office and this was communicated last Dec 2020. Also they are introducing an employee engagement tool which will cover wellbeing as well as performance. They're clearly wanting to invest in the team.

Due to remote working, not getting to meet the wider team. Benefits could be a little broader but it is being reviewed.
