* The productive, open culture- WVI is as clear, candid, organized, and positive as a social or environmental startup can be. When something's going right, you celebrate. When something needs to be changed, your perspective is encouraged, openly received, and quickly acted upon. * The team- the team has very high standards for personality, rigour, and critical thinking skills on the team. Inherently, you improve as a professional and an overall individual through your day-to-day interactions with those around you * Room for growth- this company and its people are just as humble as they are professional (and they know it). If you can show that an idea holds promise, the flexibility and attitude encourage you to push forward, not hold back.

Cons

* Not the fastest way to become a billionaire. This is a Private Ltd company, but if you're in it for the money, this is not the place for you. * Fulfillment not like NGO. WVI doesn't measure success in numbers of smiling children, empowered farmers, or loved orphans. If you need that kind of fulfillment to get through the day, you'd be better off with something like TFI or Gandhi Fellowship.
