Pros
My colleagues are both smart and genuinely supportive, honestly making me feel valued and empowered to grow alongside them. The company, and leadership team, are truly caring and really good at understanding that sometimes life happens. They're very encouraging of taking time off, without hesitation which to me means a lot.
Cons
I'd say that, by virtue of being a small company sometimes the growing pains are felt across the board. One thing I think we could do better is be more organized.
