The company is entrenched & disorganized and is offering below-average pay. There's a noticeable absence of streamlined processes, and instead of focusing on product optimization and securing market leadership, the management has been preoccupied with frequent price hikes over the past three years. While it's not a toxic work environment, the nature of tasks makes it easy to feel bored to death. I foresee a similar future to that of Nokia and Blackberry if the company doesn't undergo significant changes.
