They don't have any pros.

complete lala company. First they are hired after that forced to leave company because he is said and write on paper when our project are not delivered than you haven't found any coste of salary even he is very cheap person he is saying if you want a tea than carry your sugar, milk etc. than you can make a cup of tea. In first day he is forced to signed a two years agreement bond and two months noticed period even he is take signature on 15 to 16 pages inwhich lots of term & condition are include and he is not giving you time to read a proper pages and not give a related pages soft copy or hardcopy. They are treat as a slave and then they torture to employe and creates situation so that anyone can commit suside.

I have been working for the last 5 years with working. Started with Software Engineer and today I am the Project Manager. This would have not been possible without learning skills, good environment, high growth company. There are a number of positive factors that kept me going with Webicules. And I am not alone. There are friends, colleagues who have been working with me or worked with me for 4 years / 3 years , some for 2 years.

Like any other company, there are and there will be a few negative points. But the best part is that management hear our views and is ready to make the required changes.
