A Kindergarten ground with a bunch of bullies and repetitive ideas! - Ecommerce Coordinator White Stuff Employee Review

Repetitive ideas & too many bullies! Managers are horrible and some had a lack of experience. In general job opportunities and progression are low, non competitive salaries (not decent for a London life balance.). They do change roles, tasks etc and don’t really organize the teams...ask you to do take care of new things without proper training, lack of supervision and make you feel stupid. The company used to offer an idea & values regarding their creative projects, benefits and team work, but it’s not like that anymore. Feels like a summer camp with managers and people having meetings and doing nothing or changing their minds 10min before sales/promos. Very difficult to change stuff, therefore it ends up to be very unprofessional. Worked there for 1-2 years and did not even get a PC! I had a very bad working experience and ended up leaving for good. Dont work here! You can do better!
