This place will make you have thicker skin. And you’ll meet some pretty cool people who are also in the trenches with you.
Cons
1) This firm is notorious for selling you one thing during the interview process, and changing your position 6 months into your role. GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING! 2) THEY WILL CHANGE YOUR COMMISSION POLICY IF IT IS NOT IN WRITING. 3) Extremely toxic senior-level sales professionals in the healthcare space. I don’t know what I can legally put on here, but women, be very cautious. You will be contacted after hours, sometimes in the middle of the night, and most messages will make 0 sense……. 4) What happened to Philly?! This office opened, people resigned from their roles to lead a brand new office/ branch of the company because they bought WCS’ lie.. just for the office to be shut down months later without warning. 5) If you’re seriously thinking this may be the place for you, look at who is at this company and how long they have been there for. There’s a very small few who have made it past the 1.5 year mark. 6) When this firm goes to term someone who has a decent book of business, they will have a meeting (WITH YOUR COLLEAGUES) to discuss the plan of action after they let you go. What’s worse? The amount of times these meetings happen and they don’t let the person go. This pits people against one another and is something that should be considered extremely confidential. Do better! 7) Company-wide emails go out regularly to post positive Glassdoor reviews … and to inform you that you’re “not allowed” to publicly “like” or “congratulate” someone who moved on from WCS over LinkedIn (no, I am not kidding)
