    Pros

The people who work in shops are some of the most loyal and hard working people you will ever meet in your life. William Hill do not deserve them!

    Cons

Where to start... Work/life balance is non existent You are a slave to your inbox - literally hundreds of emails a day and you have to stay on top of them as the preferred management style here is by email. Make sure you copy yourself in on any emails you send - trust me, you will need the evidence at some point when you’re thrown under the bus Senior ‘leaders’ are lazy and useless, they are out of touch with what happens at shop level and have little regard for the safety and wellbeing of the people running them BPMs are over worked, under paid and disengaged They promote a ‘call it out’ culture but they absolutely don’t want anyone calling anything out. If you dare to speak up, you will be put back in your box immediately The retail business is finished and a lot of the shops across the estate will be lucky to make it through the second lockdown. Another restructure is almost guaranteed and those managers who have zero transferable skills will be knifing each other in the back to try and keep a job
