    Desk, Lights and getting out of the malise

    Cons

    Behind the times technically Churn rate is dramatic CIO is all talk no results Morale couldn't be worse Management spends more looking for someone to blame then doing work

    Advice to Management

    Move on from current CIO, he has over extended is welcome.

    Pros

    The pay was great, beautiful office, and the personalities of the professional staff is a highlight of working there. There are opportunities to experience different aspect of the legal process.

    Cons

    Lack of support, and office acclamation training can slow down your productivity. Attorneys can be difficult, rude, and insulting making for a complicated work dynamic.

    Offer more ways to grow the abilities of your staff.

      Good environment, not cut-throat, everyone was very helpful to a law school intern

      never reached higher management, seemed like they had better things to do than speak to an intern
