MASS Recruiter with Mega flaws
Project EngineerFormer Employee, more than 3 yearsHyderābādPros
Good Opportunities but very few in number. Experienced professional with excellent political skills. Extra-Ordinary work which is both extra and ordinary. Ultra comfortable Work environment which will make you lazy. Healthy Working environment with almost negligible hikes and incentives. No festive bonuses and even team activities are completely off for cost cutting. Some colleagues are really supportive but you will hardly work with them because they will switch by the time you know them.
Cons
Really experienced North vs South culture a lot. Too much discrimination. Manager never rate you on basis of your contribution, rather seniors will decide the people to promote. You should be over-talkative otherwise you will be considered introvert. I have contributed for 4 years in the organization, still I am not promoted even once that too when I am 100 percent billable and a Developer for entire working period. Work culture will slowly turn you lethargic and kill your confidence to witch. Good for starting your career but please switch within couple of years otherwise rabbit will slowly become tortoise.

Pros
The pay is decent, although not competitive with local companies.
Cons
1) Three months into the year, their health care provider royally screwed everyone in the Austin area by dropping the main imaging service here. The net result was about 30,000 people were forced to use a single hospital for imaging services. A one-day turnaround x-ray now takes three weeks. I raised this major concern to HR. Pretty much got a "thank you for your input" and that was it. 2) This is the largest company I've worked for that is absolutely horrid. I've been here almost two years and have rotated through six supervisors, none of whom know my actual name and have never communicated to me directly. My inbox is full of HIGH PRIORITY emails from training teams reminding you to participate in pride month or a fun run. If you're like me and are content to be left alone and focus on the company you're contracted to (like me), it's ok (except when they f-up your health care and do nothing about it).
