Get to work with cutting edge technologies with large companies. I have met and worked with good people.

Cons

They use an informal cast system to govern who is in charge and who gets promotions. Indians off shore who are less qualified often override decisions. Solutions are governed by expediency and profit and not best solution. They heavily leverage offshore resources who are easier to manipulate into working long unpaid hours. Their time entry maxes out at 11 hours so if you work 16 hour days you need to fight to get paid. Their travel reimbursement and travel policy are ridiculous. They tried to convert me to full time with a salary that was $50,000 less than other offers and they expect you to work 60-70 hours per week.
