There are no pros besides some people you work with are really great.
Cons
Payroll department constantly messes up people’s pay. And it takes them months(literally) to fix . Even a year. They do not promote or give raises. Maybe .20cents which is a slap in the face considering the amount of manual work they have you do. No organization. Everything is manual and nothing is efficient. You consistently have to deal with manual input because this company that profits thousands/millions can’t afford their own software/platforms for operational work. Consistent IT issues. Attrition is so high because Wipro is so disfunctional nobody will stay. There is no growth. You will remain an agent, team lead, ops manager for 13 plus years with no increase in salary or anything. NO work life balance what so ever. Wipro executives do not care about their employees at all, especially American ones.
