      Remote first company, lots of friedom

      Cons

      I've never worked in a company that is that disorganized, unprofessional and awful to its people. The ceo does not care about people or culture or the mission. Everyone works on autopilot, paycheck to paycheck, nobody cares about the product or clients. I would say the work environment is toxic on many levels: people, lack of accountability, transparency etc

      -Innovative -Mission-driven -Flexible, remote-first -Global team of high IQ individuals -Your voice is heard; you can directly impact policies and how the company operates -Quality leadership; lots of faith in CEO’s management and direction

      Cons

      -Substantial growth means wearing a lot of hats (which is not for everyone) -Working across a lot of time zones (both internally and externally); sometimes causes delays in communication

      Global team of really smart people

      Cons

      There is no room for anyone else's ideas except for the CEO. He has a PhD from Oxford and thinks he's always the smartest one in the room. Team has a pretty toxic and derogatory view of their clients so it's hard to feel motivated. Product and operations are overly complex.
