- Amazing employees with great talent from all around the world - Cool atmosphere, not much stress - Focused on results - You can work from anywhere around the world remotely if that's t your cup of tea
Cons
- Not much teamwork (at least in the team I was part of) - Tons of legacy-feel systems, even though the company is not that old - Bureaucratic like a corp with thousands of employees, even though they are still well under 1k - The culture really values work/life balance WELL in favour of work-hours and not performance
