      Great place to work. Family feel. Great people to work with. Updated tools, network and technology. Job keeps you busy daily. Not much downtime so time moves fast. Workers are not micromanaged. Employees are trusted to work and get their job done

      Lack of competitive pay. Very little down time.

      Awesome school, awesome owner, great program for students

      Cons

      virtually no actual sales training for field admissions rep, very "Good Ol Boy" environment with management.
