If you are a fresher and want to learn new things, this company is a good place to start your career

One of the biggest cons of this company is the salary delay issue. Sometimes employees do not receive their salary on time, and in some cases, salaries are not credited for months. There is no proper system or management process in place, and employees often do not get any response from HR or the organization regarding salary concerns. If you are planning to relocate from another state for this job, it may not be worth the risk. Based on my experience, I worked for 6–7 months without receiving salary credit. My humble suggestion is to think carefully before joining this company, especially if financial stability is important for you
