1. flexible timing 2. English communication is not needed you can talk in Marathi or hindi . 3. very funny and friendly peoples . 4. All HR are supportive. 5. work life balance is good . 6. medium work load . 7. you can access mobile in urgent cases . 8.no barking .. everyone is friendly and understand the problem .
Cons
1. very less salary .. engineers starts from 13k inhand ... can't expect more than 25k even you work there for 5 years . 2. expect salary everything is good in this company
