      - Fun culture - Open dialogue - They actually stick to the company values - Great work-life balance - Service-oriented

      - With it being a 'smaller' company there isn't always a ton of room for leadership growth, but I think that will change.

      Pros

      I was given lots of support and opportunity for advancement. Everyone works together towards the same goal. It's a very positive place to work and they are set up well for fully remote workers.
