- Too much of work pressure Every month end we have to start the day at 8.30 and need to work till 10 or 11 or 12 am(Depends upon the mood of Manager) - Concalls will have abusive language in the morning and late nights - Franchise partners are threatened to purchase child kits, if they dont purchase, uniforms and Audit issues will be highlited about the centre - Every morning take a selfie from the school before 8.30 and need to post it in the group for informing that we reached - Your notice period is hell, u will be screwed for others mistakes. - If you are in bad note from your boss, your surrending materials will reach HO late to delay settlements - Very less increment % - Every month end your life is screwed
