- Base and OTE are very, very below market averages
- Commission is capped (don't let recruiters lie to you that it's uncapped)
- Quota changes every single quarter. Their decision making process is entirely reactionary. After a partnership announcement, they increased quota 200% and territories remained the same.
- They hired a bunch of sales reps after the partnership announcement and tanked attainment
- If you miss 1 quarter, you're immediately put on PM (yes, really!)
- Most customer support is offshore, so be prepared to deal with a lot of pissed off customers
- In the sales org, you'll act as support, administrators, and debt collectors since leaders won't invest in departments
- There are no formal processes or guidelines for promotion. You have to "be a good cultural fit" in order to be promoted, even if you're exceeding attainment.
