I don't think I've worked in a company that has worse morale across multiple departments and teams. Senior leaders appear to be constantly shooting from the hip making decisions without accountability. Product making decisions with what seems immediate value is the only consideration. If you want to work somewhere where you're proud of the work you put out Zopa isn't it. Some teams have only associates in them which is embarrassing for a number of different reasons, for me this is the perfect example of how Zopa views your development - they absolutely don't care.

Hit a brick wall once hitting senior
5* star reviews to push back up the rating leaves me even more disillusioned, rather than address most the issues that have been raised senior leaders or newly joined are often pressured to write reviews said 5* reviews - this to me says a lot about the attitudes of the company.
