Pros
Allsynx has built a culture that other companies think they've mastered but haven't. It is the most diverse tech company I've worked for; yet, everyone works as one. The c-level managers have put in a lot of effort to build a culture that makes coming to work fun and rewarding. I've grown more this past year as a developer than I ever have in my career simply because leadership gave me the trust and encouragement needed to learn and grow. One thing that has stood out the most here at Allsynx that I find different from other companies I've worked for is that I haven't heard any current team member bad mouth a current or former employee after being here for an entire year.
Last but not least, logging off at 2pm every Friday afternoon isn't so bad either.

A better understanding of "milestones" that need to be hit for advancement would be appreciated.
