I've had a lot of success throughout my career but I've never been happier with any other employer as I am now. I can see myself retiring for this company and I am motivated to come in everyday and do my very best for the company and our clients. athena is very flexible and treats employees like humans. I'm able to be open and share ideas without fear of judgement or retaliation. It is a very welcoming environment and people really care. It is a great place for people who want to grow and make a difference.
Cons
It is always very busy with meetings and lunch and learns etc. As is the case for any growing company, it can be stressful as everyone pushes to get things done. It is manageable but challenging as well.
