Pros

Amazing culture and great diversity within the business. Clear value of staff - you are not just a 'number'. Very open to flexible working options and easily transitions to manage the issues caused by covid and working from home. For example: flexibility around childcare issues, help with some office equipment. Regular business updates meetings from CEO, CFO and other senior management keep everyone informed of important updates and changes within the business. Good personal performance objectives directly linked to bonus and annual pay reviews.

Cons

Pay isn't always the best - it's also not the worst - however, it's clear of the long-term intent to offer more to employees as the company becomes more and more profitable. Line managers seem to be spread a little thin at the moment, however line management training has been offered more recently.
