Pros

I really enjoyed working at Briq! It was a company I saw myself working at for years. My experience was positive starting from day 1 to my last day. I truly believe in Briq's products & what they are doing in the Fintech space. The company's culture & values were very much aligned with my own, something that's extremely important to me. Briq's atmosphere was very much like a tight-knit family vibe! Lots of smart, down-to-earth, creative, and innovative employees worked at Briq. Which I thrived off of! Being on the People Team in my role I was able to uniquely view Briq and it's culture which was exciting, with many possibilities to enhance their culture, employee experience, and engagement. My team, from the VP of People, and my manager, to my teammates, they were all very supportive & encouraging, especially when it was with projects I can flex into that weren't a part of my role responsibilities but aligned with my career growth/path. I felt a sense of autonomy, psychological safety, respect, ownership, and creativity in the way our team was run & from the company as a whole. Being a remote company, there was a lot of flexibility in being able to work & travel. Work/life harmony was on par! I can go on and on.. my experience at Briq: 5 out of 5

Cons

I don't have any Cons. Yet, staff reduction is a hard impact on everyone involved.
