Pros
You have a lot of freedom, but it comes with responsibility. It'd be hard to find another place where you can make such a large impact. Great food and some of the best coworkers. The culture is something special.
Cons
The work environment can be absolutely ruthless. You must be a peak performer or you will fail. Be prepared to work way too much then get fired in a few weeks.
