    Cons

    - lack of true project managers who are strong leaders. - lack of communication from senior management - no appreciation for employees even when they go out of their way to meet the unreasonable deadlines - managers are not receptive to feedback - it is an unorganized chaos where neither the client is happy nor the employees

    Treat everyone with respect and you will have everyone's respect
