At this point, there are no Pros for working at this company. It is "top heavy" with a line of VP's who aren't doing their job and a CEO who supports that.
Cons
This company's CEO and upper management uses their staff to gain what they are in need of and then has another layoff. It has happened several times in the last 18 months, with the most recent large layoff two weeks before Christmas with only 2 weeks severance. No loyalty to staff, only to their own pockets.
