Pros

The interactive video space sounds hot, until you actually get under the hood and realize it's all a gimmick. The free lunches once a week are fine. They have a coffee machine. There is unlimited vacation, theoretically if not in practice. The office is well located.

Cons

This company is rotting from the inside out. Lack of transparency is rampant and almost everyone at the company is pessimistic about its future and ultimately miserable. The main problem is that upper management have both huge egos (unwilling to lead with humility or clarity) and little understanding of entertainment - the space they are desperate to enter. They see themselves as entertainment gods because they had a successful band back in Israel. As an ad tech company, it's honestly fine. As an entertainment company - wow, the content stinks. Rather than accept missteps, everything from stupid customers, to unreasonable partners, to staff work ethic, to lack of creativity on the part of creators, are blamed. They are very out of touch with American youth culture and believe that their own esoteric taste for strange foreign humor is what everyone else should like.

10 hour shifts. Lunch break is only 30 minutes… but it is paid and they provide lunch.

Pros

Meals provided for shift, good work shifts, interesting and sometimes creative work. Fair pay.

Cons

The organization initially demonstrated strong performance; however, subsequent developments indicate a decline in operational effectiveness, potentially associated with increased procedural complexity within the human resources function. There is a perceived lack of equitable advancement opportunities, with promotions and compensation adjustments appearing to be influenced by personal relationships with management rather than objective criteria. Additionally, concerns have been raised regarding diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives and their potential impact on fair treatment across demographic groups. Employees report limited responsiveness to feedback, alongside an increased emphasis on surveillance, including monitoring through cameras, audio recording, and company applications, as well as close managerial oversight. There is also a reported climate of apprehension regarding potential retaliation, contributing to reduced trust within the workforce. Employees may be reluctant to provide candid feedback through established channels due to concerns about negative professional consequences, as well as a broader perception of being continuously observed and monitored.
