-Virtual, so you learn how to be independent, but you can do tasks at any time of the day before the deadline. -The management is super supportive and wants you to learn and be apart of the team -You are treated fairly and with the same respect as other employees -Management is young and energetic, it's an entrepreneurial atmosphere

-unpaid position -It gets a bit difficult when you need to ask a lot of questions
