I worked at iEnergizer full-time for more than a year

    Pros

I started there as an agent, and quickly moved up to Team Lead. This is a good place to get your foot in the door for future career advancement, or just to be able to come to work in a relaxed environment. I left the company because I am going to school in another city, or else I would still be there. The management is friendly and willing to work with you if you have things come up! They even offered to let me work part time while in school, but it's too far. -Get experience in the industry -Flexible Schedule -Room for Growth -Hour Lunch -Free games/swag

    Cons

-Upper management can be tough -The lady that manages the health side is very scary -Break room vending machines only work sometimes -One refrigerator for the whole building

I worked at iEnergizer for less than a year

    Pros

The people were pretty friendly, but you could only talk to them on break or risk getting reprimanded.

    Cons

1.) They say it’s a great start in the games industry, but if you leave you can’t work for any of their clients in any capacity for a full year. So expect non-compete clause in your contract. 2.) The pay is not reflective of the work you do. I was earning $11/hr, but I knew people who were there longer than me and had higher ticket numbers only making $9/hr. 3.) Real lack of consistent leadership. One morning we had a morning meeting where the supervisors told us they were real proud of where we were with our ticket numbers. Then not even an hour later we had a meeting basically saying we were so behind they might need to lay people off. 4.) They assign shifts solely off of who’s been there longer. They don’t take into account family needs or other obligations. If you bring those things up, they will give you a pick of whatever shifts are left but 9/10 of them are night shifts. 5.) Their policies make it feel like employees are children. No phones out on the floor; Don’t go to the bathroom too much or some supervisor will have to start watching you; Don’t eat lunch at your desk; Assigned 15 min break slots; No non-work related websites on computers. Basically made me feel like I was back in 5th grade. 6.) The office itself is just dirty. They have a cleaning crew come in to clean the bathrooms, but I never saw them vacuum the floor. Dirt everywhere and you could smell the musk and mold on the carpeted floor as soon as you open the door.
