Pros
This was a great company to work for a few years ago (pre-current CEO and COO) when intive actually cared about employees and this was not just a tag-line forced down our throats on LinkedIn and social networks by the company.
Cons
They treat you like a commodity because intive is gearing up for a sale - everything is in place. All directors have their ducks in a row and treat staff (especially sales) like they do not have a voice. The company will hear you but not listen. the COO is a puppet guided by a stringent CEO who is 2-faced and very much not trusted by the employees. They dispose of staff like trash. Good luck to them
