Great engineering team - Director xG Technology Employee Review

Great team to work with always supportive and go out of their way to make sure you have all the resources needed to perform your job. I replaced the old manager that sold not one thing in his three months there I also have his old phone all I receive are texts from guys that either want to go to the gym or go out and drink in the day time work hours.

They have a few growth pains from their quick expansion. in a 5 year term they went nation wide with 4 offices in the USA

the company goes through great lengths, from the CEO on down, to ensure that employees are supported and given the opportunity to advance their careers.

Employees are expected to be resourceful and creative in solving problems. This is not a "con" but for people looking for a job where they can hide a cubicle among thousands of other drones, that could be a turn-off.
