I worked at Endurance International Group full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Excellent work life balance. You can just send a SMS and take a leave any day under the reason of working from home. People are young and really chilled out. Lot of fun, just like college time.

    Cons

Sr Management is busy in saving their respective jobs. Innovation is dead. You need to be part of the cool gang to secure appraisals. In the eyes of Sr Management, you are sorted if you are a young, attractive girl, if you know what it means.

    Advice to Management

No advice really. But am sure these folks will not survive anywhere outside Endurance. That's why the ones who leave keep coming back.

    No opinion of CEO

I worked at Endurance International Group full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    1. If you are a guy with no skill set whatsoever or a guy who has just graduated from college and don't know what to do in life, this is the perfect job for you.
    2. You can do additional certifications and the company will reimburses the amount (Manager's discression)
    3. The company provides you with a option of a Lateral movement to another team. (Look at point 3 in cons)
    4. Casual outfits allowed.
    5. They are planning to rename the job title to "Abuse Mitigation and Compliance Analyst" or something on those lines (Not sure if that's a pro)
    6. Free snacks and indore sports for eg. Table Tennis, Carrom, Foosball and Play Stations.

    Cons

    1. While this job involves just sending and receiving emails, there is no qualification required. However, they will ask you these fancy techy questions as though you are going to hack a server right away.
    2. Inefficient and Incompetent Team Lead
    3. Your Manager will not let you move to another team.
    4. Vague job titles. The mentioned job title has nothing to do with Cyber security. The job simply involved sending and receiving emails.
    5. Below average Pay scale across the organization. Think about the job the members of the mentioned team do, I still think its way too more.
    6. Fake promises given to employees to make them not leave the job.

    Advice to Management

    1. Do make constant real-time checks on Team Leads and Junior Managers on their efficiency.
    2. Automate stuff and avoid Manual Labor work. I see this team doing that.
