    Pros

Very well organized company. Managers are super cool. Cares the employees very much.

    Cons

Not much cons. But There are some areas to be improved and like cab facility for all the shifts. I am sure they are considering this in this year.

I have been working at Endurance International Group

    Pros

Really flexible work environment and hours, collaborative employees, free food occasionally, good pay and benefits.

    Cons

There’s a lot of uncertainty and flash-in-pan initiatives that immediately get dropped after much up-front work and little discovery. Way too much focus on new avenues of revenue and sales growth and less on customer satisfaction and retention: the data speaks and we losing a lot of adoption, competitive edge, and brand recognition by the day. Marketing teams seem to hold the keys to everything and make it difficult to experiment and try new approaches.

I have been working at Endurance International Group full-time for less than a year

    Pros

You get to learn Wordpress and create your own site. Free food.

    Cons

They have zero training, you teach yourself everything. Managers walk around with braggadocious attitudes, never smiling and very unapproachable. Even if you try saying good morning, they won’t talk to you. It’s better to ask your desk neighbor questions than a manager as they will belittle you and are very condescending. Managers try to coach on smiling more, being more friendly but they absolutely do not walk the talk they preach. Will be looking for other opportunities outside the company as this is definitely not one to invest your time with.

    Disapproves of CEO

I worked at Endurance International Group full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

    - Little to no experience required for entrance roles - As long as you show up and put a moderate amount of effort you'll be successful - Metrics aren't that hard to meet as long as you're trying to be helpful - Break rooms are comfortable and there are a lot of free snacks/drinks available - Benefits were very good (health, vision, dental, life and I paid less than $80)

    Cons

    - Few to no career opportunities if you do not opt to go into management - Massive skill gaps from person to person - Significant amount of off-work time spent developing basic skills to move upwards in the company (which negatively affects work/life balance) - No incentive to do more than the bare minimum in any role - Wages are not competitive outside of entry level customer support/sales roles. Once you get a bit of experience you can make way more money literally anywhere else
