    Pros

    There is no good reason you should work as a support person at endurance. It will make you dull and boring.

    Cons

    Management does not want you to do anything creative. Less support for the team members.

    Pros

    * Depending on the team you get into, the work could be good
    * Some very smart people from whom you can learn a thing or two
    * Pay is on industry standards

    Cons

    * Horrible management, especially transparency between HR and Other Teams
    * Very outdated Tech Stack
    * Some devs show no respect to Ops engineers
    * Your preferences are barely considered and a lot of false promises are made

    Advice to Management

    Treat your employees well, not listening to their preferences would only make people leave, especially when you promise something and don't deliver.

    I worked at Endurance International Group full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Good atmosphere, free bees. TT table PS4.
    No dress code
    Its a very good company to start your carrier but its completely depends upon the team in which you are going to hire.

    Cons

    - I worked in the company for almost 3 years, I got a fabulous team but with worst team leads(Specially 2 leads for a single team which is not required technically).

    - The entire team was very talented and supportive except the managers who were not at all supportive and keep on questioning for every task which you have done.

    - There will number pointless mails sent by the leads for ridiculous explanation which even a 8th standard kid can give and also one on one pointless meetings about your KRA daily report which does not make any sense.

    - Once you start working as HPS guy at point of time you will realize that you have been thrown into the 2nd standard its because the team has been lead by the principal whose work is to point out your mistakes which you haven't done actually.

    - You have to complete your daily and monthly targets which you can't actually as it has been intentionally set very high to point out your failure by your leads(They are expertise in it, as they are doing it from centuries.)

    - The most Worst thing you can't take sick leave, if want to then you have to ask for swaps even if you are dieing.

    - You can't even apply for internal job openings, if you try then the opening itself has been closed for you and your entire team. Finally they will give a reason that "our team is struggling with less strength so we can't move you to other team, Please understand."

    -You should not ask any leave to your manager, if you do then you are blacklisted(which means they will monitor all of your work and will setup a meeting every week to torture you.). The reason is , people at management are very lazy. When you ask for leave, they will have to edit some google sheet to get it done, that they don't want to do because they are lazy.

    - If you are want to be a lazy, incompetent then without any hesitation you can join this team.

    Advice to Management

    - Please do interact with every employee personally and find what problems they are actually facing. In several cases team leads don't provide all the details they hide so many things.

    - Please try to find out what is actually happening in a team and why 30 members of a team become 18 members team in just 1 year of span.

    - People only leave when they don't find any support and opportunities in the organisation.

    Pros

    All stuffs at endurance is good except management of Resellerclub's Hosting Production Specialist Team at Bangalore.

    Cons

    - Management does not respect employees.

    - Worst management who does not listen their employee or does not want their team to grow technically.

    - You should not ask 'any questions/for leave' to your manager, if you do, then you are blacklisted(which means they will monitor all of your work and will setup a meeting every week to torture you.). The reason is , people at management are very lazy. When you ask questions/for leave, they will have to edit some google sheet to get it done, that they don't want to do because they are lazy.

    - If you are want to be a lazy, incompetent person, please join this team.

    - You will not even have permission to run 'cd' command in the box. (technical stuff). Most of the issues have to escalated. So you are doing nothing in this team, but sending mails to customers.

    Advice to Management

    - Atleast respect your employees.
    - If you want employees who does not speak/question, please add a interview round for the same during interview process.
    - Please don't hire people who are technically strong because they are not required in the team.
