    Pros

Can't think of any. Company could care less about customer super long hold times for tech support.

    Cons

Company could care less about customers super long hold times for tech support. Company went downhill in all departments starting in 2013. They simply do not care for their employees. You Do not want to work here. Trust me. They recently fired lots of people to include upper management. That should speak volumes.

    Advice to Management

Start actually caring about your employees and maybe, just maybe you'll be able to keep a few good ones.

I worked at Endurance International Group full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Extremely good work environment, fun job. At first the pay was pretty good. At first there was no micromanagement as long as you get your job done.

    Cons

As time progressed the job changed. Managers stopped focusing on sales results and started worrying about talk time and other things that weren't really sales results.

I have been working at Endurance International Group full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Great place to work, lots of fun people which really makes it an exciting place to go everyday. There are always new products and they offer lots of great contests and incentives.

    Cons

Large corporation easy to feel like your efforts go unnoticed. Client base is small- medium businesses so you get a very good mix of personalities and success levels.

    Advice to Management

Keep the fun atmosphere going and continue to innovate your product line
