I have been working at Endurance full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

The company is growing and has a great group morale, especially in the sales department. If you're looking to grow as a sales rep or move into a more challenging position this is the place to be. I started as a sales rep and worked my way up over the years.

    Cons

I don't really have any downsides to working here, great place to work.

    Pros

The management team really cares about the employees. Endurance is such a great place to work because of earning potential and dress code. They have employees making far more money than they ever made in their life.

    Cons

Some times employees work long hours to get big check and work some Saturdays, but that's like any other job.

    Advice to Management

    Keep up the good work

    Pros

Great work environment, with great colleagues. Great management that handles its staff with tact, courtesy and professionalism. Room for advancement.

    Cons

Like any sales job, it can be slow sometimes. The good times more than make up for it.

I have been working at Endurance full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

I have been employed by this company for almost 4 years now. It is by far one of the best places I have worked. Management is knowledgeable and truly does have an open door policy. The work environment is ideal setting to help promote positive attitude for selling. Professional, excellent training, room for advancement, Great pay. The company cares about its employees and works hard to keep incentives and retain its employees.

    Cons

As with any sales job, salary can vary. However the pay is so great that its easy to accumulate savings to get you through those times when you take time off!

    Advice to Management

    Keep being positive!

I have been working at Endurance full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

The job is not difficult. The environment is very laid back. The people are fun to be around, and the money is great. I have worked here for about 2 years and I wouldn't want to be anywhere else.

    Cons

The calls can get hard but it comes with the territory

I worked at Endurance full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

I liked the people I worked with.

    Great location.

    That's it

    Cons

You are going to be pitted against other people to see who can rip off the most old ladies in one month. Seriously, that's what this job is. I had no problem selling to soccer moms but when the demands become "take this old lady's SS check"? I'm out.

You are going to be working for a company that scams people.

    Advice to Management

Stop acting like this is the cutting edge industry. Stop thinking this is "wolf of wallstreet" (which I heard in my interview) that guy went to jail for ripping people off, was a notorious sexist, and an incredible drug addict.

I have no other advice. Terrible industry. You could all do something better if you did it honestly.

I have been working at Endurance full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Excellent training and supervision. Owners who genuinely care about their employees. When I started, I had nothing, and now I have my own home and car for my family.

    Cons

Be ready to work. This is no job for a lazy person.

    Advice to Management

    Keep being awesome!
