Great people in day-to-day work, interesting technologies, reasonable benefits

Rome has a bit too much involvement in country-level matters, regularly obstructs business, and then holds the country-level team accountable for the mistakes that they caused. It sometimes seems like some of the Romans operate more similarly to Cosa Nostra or 'Ndrangheta than a multinational business organization. There are a lot of people looking to make a name for themselves in a new company via sometimes unethical means.
