Pros

I'm surprised by the low reviews and ratings this organization has received. However, I have a keen eye for detail and I am submitting this review completely without bias now that I no more work for this company as I resigned due to health reasons. Although my time here was brief, my 15+ years of experience across diverse industries—and my role here having interacted with many internal stakeholders from multiple global business functions give me the confidence to stand by this review. EnerMech is a fantastic place to work, and I wholeheartedly recommend joining without hesitation. There is tremendous opportunity right now, largely due to a remarkable leader from the UK who is rewriting the company's story. This individual is making significant personal sacrifices, showing up in person and demonstrating the 'aura' of a true leader. The organization is undergoing a major positive transition with a new team deployed, creating numerous opportunities for those ready to embrace them To all those people who gave reviews, please go through the below story and perform honest self-introspection about yourselves as to whether you are an individual who only see problems or OPPORTUNITIES. “DO NOT SIMPLY PASS ON BAD VIBE ABOUT AN ORGANIZATION” just because you had one or two personal conflicts with someone, which is nothing to do with the Organization. The story goes like this: A businessman, who heads a shoe company, needs to choose a new chairman from two of his top marketing executives. Both have stellar records, so he sends them on a mission to a remote town where no one wears shoes, telling them to report on the market potential. The first executive arrives, looks around, and is horrified. He immediately sends a negative report back to headquarters, which reads: "SITUATION HOPELESS. NO ONE WEARS SHOES. MARKET POTENTIAL IS NIL. I AM RETURNING". He sees a problem and gives up. The second executive arrives in the same town and sees the same situation, but his perspective is completely different. He sends back a report overflowing with excitement: "GLORIOUS OPPORTUNITY! NO ONE WEARS SHOES! WE CAN SELL A PAIR TO EVERY SINGLE PERSON. SEND ENTIRE INVENTORY!". He sees a blank canvas and a massive, untapped market. Upon seeing the two opposing reports, the businessman knows immediately who to appoint as the new chairman. The second executive, with his positive, forward-thinking, and entrepreneurial mindset, gets the promotion. Moral of the story The parable highlights several key business lessons: • Mindset is everything: The outcome of any situation depends on how you interpret it. An obstacle to one person is an opportunity to another. • Embrace challenges: A true leader and entrepreneur isn't deterred by adversity. They see potential in what others view as a disadvantage. • Vision over fear: The second executive had a vision of creating a new market, rather than being limited by the current circumstances. The first was blinded by fear of the unknown. • Think big: Successful business people don't just solve problems; they create new markets where none existed before.
