Lots of exposure to all aspects of architecture and interior drawings, chill work environment
Cons
Unreasonable deadlines, lack of pay increment, lack of promotion oppurtunity, lack of site experience, stuck making drawings only like a machine

1.Good design philosophy. 2.Small teams to be part of.[The office is scaling up quick time]Great share of work.One gets to work on the many facets of architecture. 3.No hierarchies whatsoever.The most professional of places to work.Work is the winner. 4.Good hikes for good performance(considering the scale of the company) 5.Last but not the least one has to be gifted to be associated with the principal architect.Such a gem of a person.
