Pros
If you get a good coordinator, you are left to yourself to do the work (for the most part). Once you get it down, you are kind of on autopilot.
Cons
Very repetitive work. Poor pay. Coordinators kind of control your life and many of them are snotty teenagers lacking in competency or professionalism. Many clients look upon you like an IRS auditor. The company appears to have no concern what so ever for the integrity of the work. This will appeal to some but infuriate others. Key to success is to concentrate on volume of work and ignore integrity of the data (ECS does)

Pros
Being able to meet new people daily as great! Training completed all online, someone was always available if I needed help.
Cons
Too short of time working with them. Travel required, if you do not like to drive, not the job for you.
