Pros
Easy job with great hours 7am-3:30 pm. Little responsibility and Pay is okay... $10.00 an hour.
Cons
They treat the temporary employees like garbage! In my second day at this Job they had a meeting to scold the entire crew about rates. They then told all the newbies that we had better be making rate by that Friday or we could loose our jobs. Constantly talking about firing people out loud to have us all in fear for our jobs. The first week went by with us being afraid to ask for help for ANYTHING. Attitude and belittling was what went along with almost any answer. We were scolded on having Attitude and then told that they would take the side of their employee over what we say every time that they don't care. And they wonder why they have a high turn over Attendance issue.

Pros
Met amazing people and wonderful friends.
Cons
THey will overwork you while they underpay you. They will hire you with the expectations of being promoted quickly, never happens. They tend to hire alot of people at once and then within 3 months state they have no more work and fire in groups, telling the people left they are safe, and then 1 week later your let go. I was there for over a year and saw many people being used and abused. They do not know how to run a company. I would never ever advise anyone to work here.
