Pros

The pay and benefits are excellent. It's a great place to get your foot in the door and get experience, regardless of what industry you're wanting to be in. The office culture can vary greatly by department. Mostly good.

Cons

Unable or unwilling to accept new norms in corporate workplaces, such as hybrid schedules or working from home. It's an absolute no, here. It's hard to move up or even horizontally if you don't personally know management in other areas. You get stuck very easily.

Pros

Mont belvieu site offered all sorts of training classes you can volunteer for. A lot of knowledge to gain to take to your next place of employment.

Cons

There is no pay scale. No bonus. You only get a pay increase once a year and it’s usually cost of living. You can check off on multiple jobs in one year and still may not even get one of those pay bumps. They just promise you the next year.

Pros

Lots of face time with senior management. Flat structure. Challenging workload that exposes you to a wide variety of situations. Great future outlook and generally insulated from market volatility.

Cons

Toxic culture, HR doesn’t exist, management is stuck in a rut and can’t adapt to new workplace norms. Little to no flexibility with hours. They will ask you to do multiple jobs but pay you for one.

Loto, work outside, climb 100 ft+above ground, mandatory meetings on off days.

Old management, executive mentality. 5 days a week in office, no remote option. Outdated processes and afraid of change.

The only pro of Enterprise Products is the pay, which is competitive.

Extremely toxic IT work environment. One of the very few companies who still require you to be in the office five days a week. Micro-managers.

18 years training and badging an average of 10k contractors per year and operating the facility singlehandedly, only to be transferred to the kitchen for food prep and cleanup for 6 hrs out of 8 per day. They told me I would be running reports; no word was said about kitchen duty.
