I have been working at Enterprise full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Enterprise has a great training program and employs like minded people who strive for success. The managers and co workers I’ve had are great people who I’ve learned a lot from

    Cons

Started during COVID so my start was a little rocky but I can’t blame them for that. Long hours and customers can be a pain.

Current Employee - Management Assistant in Manchester, England

I have been working at Enterprise full-time for more than a year

    Pros

-Co-workers are generally great people -Progression is there if you want it (and if you're willing to give up your life) -Instils a positive work ethic which will make any future job a breeze

    Cons

-For the hours worked, pay is ridiculously low, especially at Trainee level. -Unpredictable hours also make it hard to fulfil commitments outside of Enterprise. -Lack of professional development opportunities, particularly in daily rental, which makes your exit opportunities extremely limited, pigeonholing you to the company. -Rather than supporting one other, branches regularly screw each other over without batting an eyelid, leading to a lot of unethical practice and a toxic culture. -You are just a number in a matrix. -The only chance to make 'real' money is at Area Manager level and above, but these positions are extremely rare. Prepare to sacrifice your life (and sanity) to get there.
