Work environment is cool, friendly and have humble team structure. They have a systematic and disciplined work environment. This company has good work culture; like open and transparent communication and approachable management. There is always a freedom to concentrate and exhibit your talent. Training and development is focused both on hard skill and soft skill. Good place to learn if you want learn. You get access to lot of materials on some of the best practice in the utility industry. Hard work is always recognized. Employee’s presence is always acknowledged. The culture is amazing and pushes you to grow. Lots of opportunities to work with the global teams. Work is always challenging. There is a strong team spirit between every team member including the managers. People here are helpful and technically sound as well. Any team will come forward for help anytime you require. Extremely intelligent colleagues. Very good opportunities are available for those who are ready to work and strive hard for success. No basic amenities like in IT industry as its not an IT company Very strict in time management and people are asked to stay outside when comes late Poor management and too much of onsite team domination No future Will be asked to work weekends but no values for the individuals No process oriented and its purely on people oriented People who can talk good english and prepare good PPT can become CEO in this company Chennai management team failed to understand & Identify individual skills and drive No HR, Accounts team and people faced difficult to interact with bangalore team Those close to management can raise their future

Onsite opportunity (many factors but still).
Cons
1. Salary review is a dirty word . I cannot stress it enough 2. Run by a few people. All business ethics, processes suit only them 3. HRs are useless bunch of idiots and they would rather follow directives from 'few people' than follow the process 4. Work without time boundries. i.e late nights and working on weekends is very normal 5. No work from home policy 6. Coming late by 10 minutes would cause a flood of emails

Continue readingMany thanks for your comments and I am sorry to hear that you have had a negative experience with Enzen. We have been working hard to introduce new initiatives and support frameworks. This year in particular we are introducing a new career path, a new banding structure, bench marking our remuneration and benefits, introducing a new learning and development programme and have recently launched exciting new policies. We have been undergoing a considerable transformation in terms of our senior leadership team and a lot of experienced talent has recently joined us. These individuals will take time to embed, but they will strengthen our leadership capabilities and provide a great support network for our employees. Unfortunately change can be difficult for some, and not everyone will support or wish to make these changes with us. In such circumstances we can only thank staff for what they have contributed and where they choose to leave wish them well in their future endeavors.
